Why delete your blog when you can keep it? All you have to do is simply post that you quit the blog. That way if you want to come back you can. I quit my first blog but guess what. I didn't delete it and a few months ago I went back to it to change its purpose but then I quit again. If ever I want to go back to it though I can. I've been browsing through some lists on blogs and like half of them have been deleted and the other half is either still running or they posted that they were shutting down the blog.
I never deleted any of the blogs I quit. Want proof? Here are the links (i think).
So the thing is.
Don't delete your blog. Who knows you might even be able to sell it. -wink- -wink-
